大跨度切眼巷道锚网复合支护技术研究与应用

摘要: 大跨度巷道围岩支护是当今巷道支护的一大难题。为解决大跨度巷道围岩控制困难的问题,以布尔台煤矿42202切眼为研究对象,通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场观测对42202切眼的支护参数进行了分析计算,选取的最佳支护参数为:顶板锚杆间排距为1 000 mm×1 000 mm、锚索间排距1 800 mm×2 000 mm、副帮锚杆间排距850 mm×1 000 mm、正帮锚杆间排距850 mm×1 000 mm,当遇构造带时采用补强支护方式,形成了最终支护方案。支护后,巷道最大两帮移近量和最大顶板下沉量分别为37 mm和28 mm,说明该设计支护方案能够满足大跨度切眼巷道围岩的控制要求。Abstract: The support of large span roadway surrounding rock is a major problem in roadway support. To solve the difficult controlling problem for the surrounding rock of large span roadway, 42202 open-off cut in Buertai Coal Mine is taken as the research object in this paper. The supporting parameters of 42202 open-off cut were studied by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field observation. Then, the best support parameters were selected. The best supporting parameters are that the spacing between the roof bolts is 1 000 mm × 1 000 mm, the spacing between the anchor cables is 1 800 mm × 2 000 mm, the spacing between the auxiliary anchor bolts is 850 mm ×1 000 mm, and the spacing between the forward anchor bolts is 850 mm × 1 000 mm. Ater the support, the maximum deformation of two sides and the maximum subsidence of roof are 37 mm and 28 mm, respectively. The results show that: the design support scheme can meet the requirements of surrounding rock control for large span open-off cut roadway.
