Online Upgrading Technology for Mine-used Sensor Based on ISP Technology

  • 摘要: 矿用传感器一般安装在条件比较苛刻的工作面,由于前期程序BUG和后期业务功能的增删,需要不断的更新程序。传统的方法在地面更新程序,然后到井下更换主板,这种方法费时费力。针对这一问题,研究了ISP在线升级技术,以ARM处理器的存储Flash为载体,前部分存储ISP在线升级代码,后部分存储矿用传感器需要更新的程序,实现了在井下对矿用传感器进行在线升级目的。
    Abstract: Mine sensors are usually installed in the working conditions with relatively strict conditions. Due to the addition and deletion of later business functions and early application bugs, we need to constantly update the procedures. The traditional method updates the program on the ground, and then changes the motherboard underground. This method takes time and effort. In order to solve this problem, the ISP online upgrading technology is studied. The storage Flash of the ARM processor is used as the carrier, the former part stores ISP online upgrade code, and the later part stores the program that the mine-used sensors need to be updated. The goal of online upgrading of mine sensor is realized.
