深部采动巷道应力演化及控制技术

    Stress Evolution and Controlling Technology of Deep Mining Roadway

    • 摘要: 为有效控制深部采动巷道围岩变形,针对某煤矿典型巷道工程地质条件,模拟研究了采动影响下巷道围岩应力及变形的演化规律,提出了深部采动巷道围岩强化控制技术,并开展工业性试验。研究结果表明,随工作面推进,巷道表面位移与其对应的应力变化趋势一致,大巷保护煤柱尺寸以105 m为合理;采用重型U型钢壁后充填+锚杆锚索协同承载+巷道滞后注浆技术,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in deep mining roadway, combined with the typical engineering geological conditions of a coal mine, the evolution laws of stress and deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the influence of mining is simulated, the surrounding rock reinforcement control technology for deep mining roadway is proposed, and industrial test is carried out. The research results show that the surface displacement of roadway is consistent with the corresponding stress variation trend with the advancing of working face, the size of protective coal pillar in the roadway is 105 m; the main roadway deformation can be effectively controlled by adopting the heavy U-shaped backfilling, bolt-cable cooperative bearing and delayed grouting.
