典型沿空切巷回采工艺下近距离煤层群防火技术

    Key Technology of Fire Prevention for Short Distance Coal Seam Group Under Typical Gob-side Entry with Roof Cutting Mining Technology

    • 摘要: 针对川南矿区煤层自然发火期短,典型沿空切巷回采工艺下的极近距离煤层群开采漏风控制难度大、发火危险性高的实际状况,结合矿井实际生产技术条件,通过建立“先探,后治,再采”防火机制,集成创新顶板再造、多源漏风测试以及区域通风防火控制等多种工艺并进行了现场技术示范。结果表明,上述防火关键技术满足了火与瓦斯灾害耦合的近距离煤层群赋存下沿空切巷回采工作面防火需要,保障了重点防火工作面的回采安全,回采期间CO气体浓度、温度等指标控制在合理范围内。

       

      Abstract: In view of the short spontaneous combustion period of coal seam in southern Sichuan mining area, high difficulty and fire risk of air leakage control in very near distance coal seam group in typical stoping process of gob-side entry with roof cutting, combined with the actual production technology conditions of the mine, through the establishment of the “first exploration, then treatment, last mining” fire prevention mechanism, integrated innovation roof reconstruction, multi-source air leakage test, regional ventilation fire control and other technologies were demonstrated. The application of the technical results show that the key technology of the fire prevention meets the fire protection needs of the working face of gob-side entry with roof cutting in close distance coal seam which is coupled with the fire and gas disaster, and ensures the safety of the key fire protection working face, and the CO gas concentration and temperature are controlled in a reasonable range during the recovery period.
