Abstract:
In view of the short spontaneous combustion period of coal seam in southern Sichuan mining area, high difficulty and fire risk of air leakage control in very near distance coal seam group in typical stoping process of gob-side entry with roof cutting, combined with the actual production technology conditions of the mine, through the establishment of the “first exploration, then treatment, last mining” fire prevention mechanism, integrated innovation roof reconstruction, multi-source air leakage test, regional ventilation fire control and other technologies were demonstrated. The application of the technical results show that the key technology of the fire prevention meets the fire protection needs of the working face of gob-side entry with roof cutting in close distance coal seam which is coupled with the fire and gas disaster, and ensures the safety of the key fire protection working face, and the CO gas concentration and temperature are controlled in a reasonable range during the recovery period.
