易自燃特厚煤层综放开采防灭火体系

    Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System of Fully-mechanized Coal Caving in Special Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对马道头煤矿3-5号合层区煤层特厚、易自燃、含矸率高、顶板破碎等基本特征,分析确定采空区丢煤严重、端头漏风量大、初采准备期和回撤期时日长等问题是诱发综放工艺煤易自然发火的主要原因,经在8209综放工作面试验研究,建立了束管监测为主和矿井安全监控系统及人工检测为辅的预测预报体系,并根据不同开采时期的特征形成了注氮、喷洒阻化剂、封堵端头和灌注黄泥浆的分期管控技术体系。应用效果表明:工作面在回采期间未出现异常现象,整体采空区温度低于27 ℃,CO气体成分介于正常范围值内,其他C2H4、C2H6等标志性气体从未出现,验证了以预测为基础、防控为保障的综合防灭火体系的精准性和高效性。

       

      Abstract: In view of the characteristics of special thickness of coal seam, easy spontaneous combustion, high gangue content and roof breakage in No.3 and No.5 merged zone of Madaotou Coal Mine, the main causes of easy spontaneous combustion of coal in fully-mechanized coal caving process were analyzed and determined, such as serious coal loss in goaf area, large air leakage at the end head, long time in the initial mining preparation period and retracement period. Based on the experimental study on 8209 fully-mechanized caving face, a forecasting and prediction system which is dominated by beam tube monitoring and supplemented by mine safety monitoring system and artificial detection is established. According to the characteristics of different mining periods, the system of control of nitrogen injection, blocking agent spraying, sealing end and yellow mud filling was formed. Application effect showed that the face did not appear abnormal phenomenon during mining, the goaf temperature was below 27 ℃, CO gas composition was within the normal range, C2H4 and C2H6 gas never appeared. The accuracy and efficiency of comprehensive fire prevention system based on prediction and guaranteed by prevention and control were verified.
