自燃煤层老火区下综放开采防灭火技术

    Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving in Old Fire Goaf of Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了解决彬长矿区下沟矿自燃煤层老火区下综放开采防灭火难题,在ZF1801工作面CO浓度持续升高的情况下,提出对C1801老火区采取“气体检测+黄泥灌浆+注液态CO2”的综合防灭火措施,对本工作面采取“自然发火监测预报+加快工作面推进度+加强顶煤回收+采空区筛管注氮+两隅角堵漏风+黄泥灌浆”等综合防灭火措施。进行了防灭火技术现场试验,结果表明:老火区O2含量逐渐下降,最低降低到5%以下;本工作面上隅角CO控制在50×10-6以内,架前CO含量稳步下降,回采期间回风流中CO含量控制到了20×10-6

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problem about fire prevention and extinguishing technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving under old fire goaf of spontaneous combustion coal seam in Xiagou Coal Mine of Binchang Mining Area, and with the condition of CO content continuously rising in the working surface ZF1801, the comprehensive fire prevention measures of “gas detection, yellow-mud grouting and liquid carbon dioxide injection” have been accomplished for C1801 old fire goaf. Meanwhile, at ZF1801 working face, comprehensive fire prevention measures, including monitoring and forecasting about spontaneous combustion, speeding up the working face mining progress, strengthening the recovery of top coal, injecting nitrogen into mine goaf by sieve tubes, blocking air leakage in two-corners, yellow mud grouting and so on, have been carried out. Through field tests of comprehensive fire prevention technologies, the results show that the O2 content in the old fire area gradually decreased to a minimum of 5%; the CO content of upper corner of ZF1801 working surface was controlled under 50×10-6, and the CO content decreased gradually with the CO content in return current under 20×10-6.
