煤与油页岩共采条件下自然发火标志气体及预报指标体系研究

    Study on Marked Gas of Spontaneous Combustion and Forecasting Index System Under Coal and Oil Shale Mining Conditions

    • 摘要: 针对梁家矿煤与油页岩共采条件下采空区自然发火情况下的标志性气体优选的问题,选取1105工作面样品运用程序升温实验进行了煤与油页岩自然发火气体产物模拟试验,分析了CO、烯烃、烷烃及其比值的产生规律,进行了煤与油页岩自燃预测预报体系研究。结果表明:CO出现的临界值温度在40 ℃左右,标志着煤与油页岩已经开始产生反应;C2H4出现在120 ℃左右,标志着煤与油页岩进入加速氧化阶段;C2H4/C2H6、C2H4/C3H8可以作为预测煤与油页岩自然发火进程的辅助标志气体。同时,根据CO、C2H4等气体释放量,确定了梁家矿煤与油页岩自然发火标志气体判别参数。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of the index gas preference in the spontaneous combustion of the goaf under the conditions of coal and oil shale mining in Liangjia Coal Mine, the sample from 1105 working face was selected to simulate the natural gas content of coal and oil shale using a temperature programing experiment. The generation laws of CO, olefins, alkanes and their ratios were analyzed, and the forecasting technology of coal and oil shale spontaneous combustion was studied. The results show that the critical temperature of CO is around 40 ℃, and this marked the beginning of a reaction of coal and oil shale; C2H4 appears at about 120 ℃, indicating that the coal and oil shale had entered the stage of accelerated oxidation; C2H4/C2H6, C2H4/C3H8 can be used as the auxiliary gases for predicting the spontaneous combustion of coal and oil shale. At the same time, according to the gas release amount of CO, C2H4, etc, the identification parameters for the spontaneous combustion of coal and oil shale in Liangjia Coal Mine were determined.
