急倾斜特厚煤层硫化氢抽放及吸收影响因素分析

    Influence Factors Analysis for H2S Extraction and Absorption of Steep-inclined and Extremely Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了分析影响急倾斜特厚煤层硫化氢抽放及吸收的因素,设计了抽放负压对抽放半径和抽放量的影响分析试验和注水量、湿润半径的影响因素分析试验,研究了抽放负压对抽放半径和抽放浓度的影响及注水压力、H2S吸收液浓度、湿润剂浓度对注水量和湿润半径的影响。试验表明:抽放半径随抽放负压的增大呈对数关系增大,抽放浓度随抽放时间的增加呈指数关系衰减;注水量与注水压力负相关,添加硫化氢吸收液对注水时间及注水量影响不大,对湿润半径影响较小;添加湿润剂会使注水量增加,湿润半径增大;煤体湿润半径与注水压力呈负相关,且注水孔下方的检测孔的湿润半径整体上明显比水平检测孔大。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the influencing factors of H2S extraction and absorption in steep-inclined and extremely thick coal seam, two tests that the influence of drainage negative pressure on drainage radius and drainage volume and influence factors analysis of water injection rate and wetted radius were designed. The tests show that drainage radius increases logarithmically with the increasedof drainage negative pressure, and drainage concentration decreases exponentially with the increase of discharge time; water injection rate is negatively correlated with water injection pressure, and the addition of H2S absorption liquid has little effect on water injection time and water injection volume, but has little effect on wetting radius; adding wetting agent will increase the amount of water injection, and wetting radius. The wetting radius of coal is negatively correlated with the water injection pressure, and the wetting radius of the test hole below the water injection hole is obviously larger than that of the horizontal detection hole as a whole.
