Abstract:
In order to determine the influence factors and influence degree of coal mine safety management execution and improve coal mine safety management execution, the methods of literature review, expert interview method, induction method are used to determine the influence factors of coal mine safety management execution. On this basis, we construct a path relationship model for the influence factors of coal mine safety management execution and put forward research hypotheses. Finally, we use SPSS and AMOS for analysis and demonstration. The research shows that the standardized path coefficients between organizational structure, safety supervision mechanism, safety strategic objectives, incentive mechanism, safety post responsibility, safety management technology, safety culture and execution of managers are 0.744, 0.687, 0.802, 0.745, 0.863, 0.811, 0.702, and the effects are significant; the standardized path coefficients between organizational structure, safety supervision mechanism, safety strategic objectives, safety management system, incentive mechanism, safety management technology, safety culture and execution of grass-roots personnel are 0.721, 0.750, 0.692, 0.675, 0.763, 0.849, 0.683, and the effects are significant; the standardized path coefficients between execution of managers, execution of grass-roots personnel and safety management execution are 0.693, 0.711, and the effects are significant.
