基于风硐流场数值模拟的风硐风阻计算分析

    Calculation and Analysis of Wind Tunnel Resistance Based on Numerical Simulation of Flow Field

    • 摘要: 基于流体力学理论,建立了龟兹矿业回风斜井风硐通风的紊流REGK-ε数学模型,分析计算了模型的边界条件,结合实际情况应用FLUENT流体动力学数值模拟软件分别模拟了龟兹矿业风硐不同风量及进回风条件下的巷道三维流场,得到了不同条件下的风硐流场典型截面的流场规律,分析了风井口至主要通风机入风口的压力损失和风阻。模拟计算结果表明风硐风阻与风量的一次线性关系式中的风量系数的数量级小于10-6,风硐风阻可视为定值。不同风机在正压反风和负压通风时风硐风阻均有所不同。

       

      Abstract: Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, a turbulent REGK-ε mathematical model for ventilation of wind tunnel in Qiuci Mining air shaft is established. The boundary conditions of the model are determined by analysis. Combined with the actual situation, the three-dimensional flow field in Qiuci Mining wind tunnel is simulated by FLUENT software respectively under different air volume and air inlet and return conditions. The flow field laws of the typical section of the wind tunnel under different conditions are obtained. The pressure loss and wind resistance of the air inlet of the main ventilator are analyzed. The simulation results show that the quantity of air flow coefficient in the first linear relationship between wind resistance and air volume is less than 10-6, and the wind resistance is visualized as a fixed value. The wind resistance of different fans is different in positive pressure and negative pressure ventilation.
