Abstract:
This paper mainly introduces the process and mechanism of serious water and sand inrush, and the principle, process and effect of disaster management in auxiliary slope-shaft of Jinjitan Coal Mine. The study found that the repeated cycling of large tonnage vehicles resulted in multiple ruptures of the floor, and the liquefaction of the sand behind the wall was the fundamental cause of the water sand disaster in the inclined shaft. The treatment of water and sand inrush in auxiliary slope-shaft is divided into two stages. In the emergency stage, the plan of “wooden buttress inside support + grouting at the side” was adopted. In the later stage of reinforcement, the scheme of “U-shaped steel frame+grouting at the side” is adopted. When all treatment finished, 2 sets of mining equipment were installed and recovered successfully in the inclined system. No increase of water yield, floor fracture and sand production occurred in the inclined shaft.
