锚杆螺母相关技术参数对预紧力的影响

    Influence of Technical Parameters of Nuts on Bolts Pretension

    • 摘要: 在现场进行了锚杆预紧扭矩转化效率试验,研究了螺母不同外观形状、材质、阻尼充填方式等技术参数下锚杆安装扭矩与预紧力之间的关系。试验表明:同等预紧力条件下,四方阻尼螺母较六方阻尼螺母、可锻铸铁螺母较球墨铸铁螺母、树脂充填螺母较压片充填螺母,锚杆需要的安装扭矩小。结合现场施工情况,对提高锚杆预紧力提出了合理化建议。

       

      Abstract: The experiment of conversion efficiency of bolts tightening torque was carried out on site, the relation between installation torque and pre-tightening force was studied based on the different shapes, materials as well as damping filling modes. This experiment shows that: compared with the hexagon damping nuts, the nodular graphite nuts and the metal piece filling nuts respectively, the bolts with the square damping nuts, the malleable cast-iron nuts and the resin filling nuts require less installation torque to meet the equal pretension. Combining with the actual situation, the reasonable advices for improving the bolts pre-tightening force was given.
