Abstract:
Aiming at the problems and technical difficulties in the three main stages of mine vertical rescue by using multi-media communications technology, pneumatic DTH drilling technology, simulation technology, theoretical research and field experiments and other technical methods, we developed a set of fast and efficient, full-featured, safe and reliable vertical rescue technology and equipment. The application results showed that the life information detection equipment can realize the synchronous transmission of audio and video, and it can meet the requirements of real-time detection of underground conditions, the structural optimization of the cluster pneumatic down-the-hole hammer increased the drilling rate. By analyzing the nonlinear relationship between gas pressure and rock breaking efficiency, we can see the optimum drilling efficiency of the gas pressure is 0.9 to 1.1 MPa, the gas monitoring and escape protection of the rescue lifting equipment strengthened the monitoring and protection of the personnel being promoted.
