Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that grouting casing residues in borehole of coal mine affect subsequent coal seam exploitation, we proposed the technology of multi-section cutting and segmented pulling of the sealing sleeve, developed a kind of high efficiency multi-layer pipe drilling tool in fixed point cutting hole, studied the structure design and processing technology of cutting pipe head, theoretically calculated the flushing fluid pump pressure control parameters of the drilling tool for multi-section cutting casing. Two kinds of pipe cutting tools with two properties were tested on site. Test results show that, pipe cutting tool structure design is reasonable, which realizes the function of flushing fluid controlling the opening or closing of the tool head and multiple segment cutting at point, and the cutting head structure design and processing technology is reasonable, diamond head can cut multi-layer casing with high efficiency.
