Abstract: It can realize the reverse of air flow rapidly when the wind is needed in the special period of Tianzhuang Coal Mine, a lot of researches and tests have been done on the rapid pressing of the explosion-proof cover and the rapid reverse operation of the electric control system, finally, the electric gas-control locking device of the explosion-proof cover was designed and manufactured, and the fan control program was modified and optimized, and a safe and reliable one key inverted wind system for fan is completed to ensure the safety of the whole mine.
