火成岩侵入煤层工作面回撤期间自然发火防治技术

    Natural Fire Control Technology During Coal Face Retraction by Igneous Rock Intrusion

    • 摘要: 大兴煤矿S2905工作面火成岩侵入复杂,火与瓦斯耦合灾害严重,在回采末期采空区出现低浓CO,对工作面正常回撤影响较大。从火成岩侵入条件下,煤层自燃倾向性、断层及火成岩侵入构造带遗煤量,瓦斯治理影响下工作面推进速度、巷道松动圈内裂隙煤体氧化程度、回采前期切眼自燃隐患等方面分析工作面回撤期间采空区自然发火危险性,通过采取加强监测预报、重点处理断层及火层岩侵入等地质构造带、强化工作面两顺支护与钻孔注水、采空区注氮惰化与充填、加强采空区瓦斯抽采管理等综合防灭火技术手段,保证了该工作面安全回撤,完善了矿井火成岩侵入条件下工作面自燃隐患防治理论及技术体系。

       

      Abstract: The igneous rock intrusion on S2905 working face of Daxing Coal Mine is complex, and the fire and gas coupling disasters are serious. Low concentration CO appears in the goaf at the end of mining, which has a great impact on the normal retracement of the working face. The risk of natural fire in goaf during the retracement of working face is analyzed based on the analysis of coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency, fault and igneous intrusion of coal seam into structural belt under the condition of igneous intrusion, the driving speed of working face, the degree of coal body oxidation in the roadway loose ring, and cut-hole spontaneous combustion hazard in the early stage of mining under the influence of gas control. Comprehensive fire-fighting technology and management means, such as strengthening the monitoring and prediction, mainly processing fault and geological tectonic belt of igneous intrusion, strengthening two roadways support and borehole water injection, goaf nitrogen inerting and filling, strengthening extraction from goaf, ensure the safety of working face retracement, perfect the theory and technical system of prevention and control of spontaneous combustion hazard of working face under the condition of igneous rock intrusion in mine.
