Abstract:
To improve the brittleness characteristics of high strength shaft lining concrete, CF80 high strength steel fiber shaft lining concrete was prepared, and its basic mechanical properties and triaxial compressive strength were studied. The experimental results showed that the tensile strength increased by 47.0% to 68.3% when 20 kg/m
3 to 40 kg/m
3 steel fiber was added to the concrete, which obviously improved the brittleness characteristics of high-strength concrete; the change of steel fiber content had little effect on the cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of high strength concrete, and had little effect on the elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio. The triaxial compression tests show that the addition of steel fiber can improve the peak strain and residual strength of specimens and significantly improve the failure morphology of specimens. Therefore, high-strength steel fiber concrete can meet the high-strengh and high-performance demands of shaft lining concrete.
