全螺纹螺旋锚杆自锚技术及煤巷应用试验
Self-anchorage Theory for Full Thread Screw Bolt and Relevant Application Test in Coal Mine Roadway

摘要: 提出一种新型全螺纹螺旋锚杆及自锚固技术。阐明了全螺纹螺旋锚杆的岩体-杆体二元耦合自锚固原理,揭示了其锚固力的时效增阻机制,研究了其在岩体中的极限工作机制及失效情形。并在象山煤矿进行工业性试验研究,对比分析了树脂锚固剂锚杆和全螺纹螺旋锚杆的拉拔力和位移量。研究结果表明:全螺纹螺旋锚杆依靠嵌固力和摩阻力能够实现锚杆自锚,安装扭矩力是影响全螺纹螺旋锚杆自锚技术的关键因素。Abstract: A new type of screw bolt with full thread and self-anchoring technology is presented. The rock-bolt dual coupling theory of this bolt was illustrated, the time-depended resistance increasing mechanism was revealed, and its ultimate supporting mechanism and relevant failure patterns in rock mass were further investigated. Additionally, pullout force and displacement relationship was compared and analyzed between traditional resin bonded bolt and the proposed bolt in followed engineering trial in Xiangshan Coal Mine, the obtained results proved that interlocking force and friction force were two main factors which contributed to the self-bolting effects of full thread screw spiral bolt, and the torque force applied during installation was a key factor determining the technical level of the full thread screw bolt.
