大跨度切眼厚煤层顶板破坏机制及其控制

    Failure Mechanism and Its Control of Thick Coal Seam Roof Above Large Span Open-off Cut

    • 摘要: 针对大跨度切眼软弱厚煤层顶板支护过程中出现大变形甚至顶板冒落的难题,以20102切眼为研究对象,采用数值模拟与理论分析等研究手段,揭示了点柱能够减小顶板跨度、降低顶板裂隙贯通区深度及低位拱拱高,有利于锚杆加固围岩和锚索悬吊,能有效控制大跨度顶板变形。以此为导向,揭示了大跨度切眼顶板破坏机理,成功运用“临时点柱+普通锚杆索网+钢筋梯子梁”联合控顶技术有效地控制了顶板大变形。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of large deformation and even roof caving in soft and weak thick coal seam roof support with large span cutting hole, take 20102 open-off cut as a research object, using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, it is revealed that the point column can decrease the span of roof, decrease the depth of roof crack cut-through area and lower arch height, which is beneficial to the reinforcement of surrounding rock with anchor and the suspension of anchor cable, and can effectively control the deformation of roof with large span. Based on this, the failure mechanism of large span open-off roof was revealed, and the combined roof control technology of “temporary point column + common anchor cable net + steel ladder beam” was successfully applied to effectively control the large deformation of roof.
