大倾角煤层“U”型水平井排采研究

    Drainage and Mining of Large Dip Angle Coal Seam U-shaped Horizontal Well

    • 摘要: 以在赵庄矿施工的3口大倾角“U”型井的储层及工程概况为基础,结合实际排采数据,通过分析生产井组排采情况发现:大倾角“U”型水平井排采过程中气水重力分异现象严重,产水量较大,卡泵等造成间歇性排采问题严重。针对以上现象及问题,提出排采需要将2口井都投入使用,即垂直井用于产水,工程井用于产气,并选择功率较大的泵进行排采,坚持均匀稳定,慢速的原则,避免间歇型排采发生。

       

      Abstract: This paper is based on the general situation of the reservoir and engineering of three large dip angle U-shaped wells in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, combined with the actual data, through analyzing of production results and data of these wells, we found that the gravity separation of gas and water is serious in the extraction process of U-shaped horizontal wells, large amount of water is produced and the intermittent producing problem caused by pump plugging is serious. For the above phenomena and problems, it is necessary to put two wells into use at the same time, vertical well is used to produce water, engineering well is used for gas production, and the high power pump is selected for production. What more, in order to avoid the intermittent type production, we should adhere to the uniform of stability and slow.
