Effects of Input of Research and Development Fund on Safety Output of China’s Coal Mining Enterprises

  • 摘要: 为了深刻认识我国煤炭企业研发经费投入对安全生产的影响,在对2006—2016年我国煤炭企业事故发生情况及研发经费投入统计的基础上,对研发经费投入与安全产出之间的关系进行了研究。研究得出:研发经费投入对煤炭企业安全生产具有促进作用和滞后效应,在一定时期内煤炭企业研发经费投入存在一个临界(合理)值。通过对研发经费投入的时间序列进行Logistic非线性回归,由回归方程计算出我国煤炭企业现阶段整体研发经费投入的理想水平为4.034元/t,并结合实际数据论证了计算结果具有合理性。
    Abstract: In order to deeply understand the impact of research and development investment on production safety of coal enterprises in China, the correlation between them was investigated on the base of statistics of accidents and research and development fund from 2006 to 2016. Research results reveal that the input of research and development fund plays a promoting and lagging effect on the safety production of coal enterprises. From economic and practical perspective, there was a critical or reasonable value of research and development fund within a certain period of time. The regression equation was established by means of Logistics nonlinear regression for the time series of research and development fund in China’s coal mining enterprises. The ideal value of research and development fund is ¥4.034/t for coal mining enterprises at this stage, which was calculated by the regression equation. The quantitative result was proved to be reasonable by using the actual data of input of research and development fund.
