Abstract:
In the process of concrete spraying in underground coal mine, the construction efficiency and safety coefficient are low because of the complex labor organization and management. Count the number and operation time of each process of wet spraying shotcrete in the second big roadway of a mine, analyze the data of single process and continuous operation, and compare with the dry spray labor organization, the results show that the feeding time is negatively correlated with the loading number, in wet spraying shotcrete, through the rotation of the mixer driver and the material feeding workers, the labor intensity of the material feeding workers can be reduced, and the labor enthusiasm can be improved; considering factors such as rebound, injection quality and dust control, the cost of wet spraying shotcrete is much less than that of dry shotcrete.
