曹家滩矿井特厚煤层采煤方法选择

    Mining Methods Selection of Extra-thick Coal Seam in Caojiatan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对曹家滩矿井特厚煤层采煤方法选择问题,通过分析大采高和综放2种采煤方法的优缺点及在曹家滩矿的适用性,并在此基础上对国内厚煤层高产高效工作面所用采煤方法进行比较分析,认为目前大采高成熟技术开采高度仍在7 m以下,若采用大采高开采,需分2层进行回采,虽然能够保证矿井生产能力,但在下分层开采时将会面临一系列问题;而综放开采对于10 m左右的特厚煤层适用性较好,有利于集中生产,单产高,巷道少,系统简单,对煤层厚度变化适应性强,同时减少了工作面设备搬家及巷道掘进、材料消耗量;此外,相比大采高,综放开采设备国产化,不需引进,购置周期短,投资相对较低且便于安装、拆卸、运输、维修等,最终确定2-2特厚煤层采用综放开采较为适宜。

       

      Abstract: According to the selection of mining method for extra-thick coal seam in Caojiatan Coal Mine, the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the large mining height and fully-mechanized top coal caving methods and the applicability of the two mining methods in Caojiatan Coal Mine, and compared the mining methods used in the high-yield and high-efficiency working face of thick coal seam in China, it is considered that the mining height of mature technology with large height is still below 7 m. If the mining is carried out with large mining height, it will be divided into two layers. Although the mine production capacity can be ensured, a series of problems will be faced in the next stratified mining. The fully-mechanized top coal caving is suitable for the extra-thick coal seam of 10 m, which is favorable for centralized production, high yield, low roadway, simple system, strong adaptability to coal seam thickness variation. At the same time, it can reduce the working face equipment moving and roadway excavation, material consumption. In addition, compared to large mining height, the fully mechanized production equipment is localized, no need to be introduced, the purchase period is short, the investment is relatively low, and it is easy to install, dismantle, transport and repair, etc. Finally, it is concluded that fully-mechanized top coal caving is more suitable for 2-2 extra-thick coal seam.
