Abstract:
In order to study the safety of “one ventilation and three preventions” under automatically formed roadway with cutting roof and stress relief, based on analyzing following items, such as, core theory, key technologies, core materials, core technologies, core equipment, the deployment of the roadway and ventilation characteristics of the new technology, combined with the conditions of S1201-II test working face, the paper focuses on analyzing the principles and risks for working face ventilation system, gas, spontaneous combustion, dust. The study indicates that the technology eliminates “loose triangle empty area” by coal pillars, reduces the goaf air leakage channels. And the structure of Z type ventilation system is simple and useful to reduce the gas concentration at the upper corner. There is no threat of gas concentration over limit in the working face and the remaining lane. The technology makes it unnecessary to reserve the coal pillars between working faces, reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
