马兰井田异常煤层气井的成因分析

    Cause Analysis of Abnormal Coalbed Methane Well in Malan Coal Field

    • 摘要: 通常煤层的含气量越高,对应的煤层气井开发潜力越大,然而受地质、工程、排采因素影响,高含气煤层气井也时有低产或不产气的状况发生,导致煤层气开发出现严重亏损。通过分析马兰井田内异常井(高含气不产气)的地质、压裂、排采特征,得出了其成因机理及提出了相应的改造措施:异常井具有高含气不产气、压裂曲线异常、异常高产水、水化学异常的特点,各异常特征存在因果联系;导致异常井高含气却不产气的直接原因是长期高产水,而根本原因钻井过程中造成了2号煤层与含水层的连通;针对异常井的成因,建议通过封堵2号煤层处的射孔,仅对8号煤层进行采气。

       

      Abstract: Generally, the higher the gas content of the coal seam is, the greater the development potential of the corresponding coalbed methane well. However, due to the influence of geological, engineering and mining factors, the high gas coalbed methane wells also have low or no gas production, resulting in serious losses in the development of coalbed gas. Through the analysis of the geological, fracturing and drainage characteristics of abnormal wells (high gas content and no gas production) in Malan well field, the mechanism of abnormal wells and the corresponding reconstruction measures are obtained. Abnormal wells have the characteristics of high gas content and no gas production, abnormal fracturing curve, abnormal high water production and hydrochemical abnormality, and there is a causal relationship between each abnormal feature. The direct cause of high gas content but no gas production in abnormal wells is long-term high yield water, and the fundamental reason is the connection between No.2 coal seam and aquifer during drilling. In view of the causes of abnormal wells, it is suggested that only No.8 coal seam can be mined by plugging the perforation at No.2 coal seam.
