Abstract:
The reasonable layout pattern of fully mechanized mining face, with large mining height, is very important to ensure safe and efficient production of mine in soft seam with large dip angle. Taking 25221 mining face in 2130 coal mine of Xinjiang Coking Coal Group as the engineering background, the characteristics of both pseudo-supine-inclined and pseudo-bow-inclined layout of fully mechanized mining face in soft steeply dipping seam are analyzed. By means of mechanics analysis and numerical simulation, the mechanism of rib spalling aggravation in pseudo-supine-inclined working face and the superiority of pseudo-bow-inclined layout to restrain rib spalling are mainly studied. It is pointed out that the pseudo-bow-inclined layout of fully mechanized mining face, with large mining height, in large dip soft seam has to adopt corresponding special-shaped hydraulic support to support roof.
