Abstract:
In order to study the serious surrounding rock failure of large section top coal roadway, combined with the roof condition of rubber roadway, the internal structure of the surrounding rock of the roof was studied by using the method of roof drilling and peeping, and the unstable area of the roof was determined, and the unstable area was proposed. Surrounding rock control technology combined with grouting modification and strong anchor (rod) cable is proposed and applied to the site. The research results show that the transportation roadway is 1 800 m to 1 950 m, which is the unstable area of the roof. The comprehensive reinforcement technology of cement and chemical coupling grouting modification and high prestressed anchor cable reinforcement can control the unstable area of the roof and the maximum roof. The sedimentation capacity is 88 mm, and the bolt anchor cable has a relatively large margin. The mine pressure observation results show that the design of the support is scientific and reasonable. The support effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the haulageway, and ensures the safety of the large section top coal roadway.
