基于PLC和组态的多条带式输送机集控系统

    Centralized Control System for Multiple Belt Conveyors Based on PLC and Configuration Software

    • 摘要: 带式输送机容易出现输送带跑偏、打滑、纵向撕裂以及急停等问题,为了便于作业人员及时了解长距离带式输送过程中各传送带的状态,提出一种基于PLC和组态的多条带式输送机集控系统设计方法。采用西门子PLC作为主从站控制系统,亚控组态王软件作为上位机实时监控界面,通过各种类型保护传感器进行信号采集、传输、通讯,实现对多条带式输送机的动态监测。实际应用表明该集控系统具有良好的故障自诊断能力,保障了长距离输送过程中的安全性,提高了运输设备自动化和智能化的水平。

       

      Abstract: There are many problems such as deviation, skidding, longitudinal tearing and abrupt stopping during belt conveyors transmission. In order to facilitate operators to timely understand the status of long-distance belt conveyor, a centralized control system is proposed based on PLC and configuration. SIEMENS PLC is used as the main and subordinate control system. The Asiacontrol Kingview software is used as a host computer real-time monitoring interface. With the combination of different types of protection sensors, the signals are acquired, transmitted and communicated in order to monitor a number of belt conveyors. The practical application shows that the centralized control system has a good ability of fault self-diagnosis. Thus it ensures the safety of long-distance transportation and improves the automation and intelligence level of the transportation equipment.
