赵庄矿工作面复合顶板深孔预注浆加固技术

    Deep-hole Pre-grouting Reinforcement Technology for Composite Roof of Zhaozhuang Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对赵庄煤业1307大采高工作面软弱复合顶板容易发生冒顶的工程实际,依据现场观察和数值模拟分析了片帮冒顶的关键因素,采用两煤巷超前深孔预注浆加固方案,分析了合理的加固层位和最佳注浆时机,最后选用高渗透时效性注浆材料进行注浆加固。注浆完毕后工作面片帮冒顶得到明显改善,大幅减少了化学浆使用量,实现了安全快速回采。

       

      Abstract: For the actual project that 1307 large mining face of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry has a weak composite roof which is easy to collapse, according to the scene observation and the numerical simulation, the key factors of roof collapsing is analyzed, and the reinforcement scheme of pre-grouting in advanced deep hole of two coal roadways is adopted, and the reasonable reinforcement layer and the best grouting time are analyzed. A kind of grouting material with high permeability is selected to carry out grouting reinforcement. After the grouting, the rib spalling and roof fall of the working face were obviously improved, the amount of chemical slurry was greatly reduced, and the safe and rapid recovery was realized.
