Abstract:
Based on the effectively support problem of collapse column in roadway formed by the clay collapse, the main transport roadway of No.9 coal seam in Anjialing No.2 Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. With the analysis mechanism of roadway deformation, the roadway support scheme taking the rock bolt as temporary support and “U-steel support +steel fabric + fly ash filling behind the wall” as permanent support is proposed. The thickness of fly ash filling layer is calculated by using energy balance principle. The stress and displacement characteristics of the support with or without fly ash filling material were analyzed by using numerical simulation software. The results of numerical simulation and engineering practice show that the fly ash filling material can absorb the elastic deformation energy of surrounding rock, avoid the generation of concentrated stress, prevent surrounding rock from weathering and reduce expansion stress, and the control effect of roadway surrounding rock is obvious.
