Abstract:
Aiming at the one kilometer depth of soft rock roadway with the characteristics of large deformation, overall shrinkage and convergence of surrounding rock, strong deformation and failure persistence, through theoretical analysis, in-situ stress measurement and other research methods, key indicators of the main controlling deep soft rock roadway stability were analyzed, and the whole kilometer deep tunnel high-strength bolt-grouting integration control idea is proposed. The research results show that the main controlling factors of deformation and failure of surrounding rock include high horizontal stress, high principal stress difference, large buried depth of roadway, loose and broken surrounding rock, roadway span effect and the original support scheme failed to fully couple with surrounding rock mass; by adopting the combination of high strength hollow grouting bolt, high strength hollow grouting anchor cable and high strength surface protection components, the full anchor grouting support is carried out for the omni-directional high strength coupling control and the integration of anchor rod/cable anchorage, full-length anchoring and surrounding rock quality enhancement. Field tracking and monitoring have verified that the high strength full anchor grouting support system is suitable for surrounding rock control of high stress soft rock roadway in kilometer depth wells, and has a good value of extension and application.
