定向钻进技术在张集煤矿掩护巷道掘进探放水中的应用

    Application of Directional Drilling Technology for Detecting and Releasing Water of Protecting Roadway Excavation in Zhangji Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 定向钻进技术是煤矿井下深孔顺层钻进的有效手段。张集煤矿为了保证巷道掘进安全,引进该技术进行设计运输巷底部灰岩顺层探放水钻孔施工,保护范围覆盖设计巷道左侧和右侧40 m,设计钻孔3个。通过现场应用,完成1#钻孔孔深518 m,1-1#钻孔孔深483 m,2#钻孔孔深558 m,未见地层出水,成功实现了掩护巷道掘进探放水目的,并总结出“钻进岩性变化、地质资料判断、钻进方向指导、地质资料修正”探索式循环渐进钻进方法、“定向+复合”控层钻进方法和硬质岩层低速磨削开分支技巧等实践经验。张集煤矿使用顺层定向长钻孔替代了普通探放水钻孔,成为该矿掩护巷道掘进探放水钻孔施工的新技术。

       

      Abstract: Directional drilling technology is effective method of deep borehole consequent landside drilling in underground coal mine. In order to ensure the safety of roadway excavation, Zhangji Coal Mine introduced this technology to construct detecting and releasing water boreholes for limestone consequent landside. There were 3 boreholes, designed at the bottom of tape machine lane, and the scope of protection was 40 meters covering the left and right sides of designed roadway. Through the field application, No.1 borehole was finished with the depth of 518 meters, No.1-1 borehole was finished with the depth of 483 meters, No.2 borehole was finished with the depth of 558 meters, and there was no formation of water. This successfully achieved the purpose of protecting roadway excavation, and summed up some experiences, such as the exploration progressive drilling method of “lithologic changes in drilling, geological data judgement, drilling direction guidance, and geological data correction”, “directional drilling & composite drilling” control layer drilling method, open branch skill of hard rock low speed grinding and so on. Directional long boreholes for consequent landside are used to replace the ordinary boreholes for detecting and releasing water and became the new technology of protecting roadway excavation boreholes construction for detecting and releasing water.
