矿用隔离开关无刷直流电机机构设计和电磁仿真分析

    Design and Electromagnetic Simulation Analysis for Brushless DC Motor Mechanism of Mine-used Disconnecting Switch

    • 摘要: 为了提高矿用隔离开关分断试验安全性,缩短产品检验周期,提出基于无刷直流电机机构技术。在分析煤矿机电事故状况和矿用隔离开关结构、工作原理基础上,对手动机构、气动机构工作过程和缺点进行详细分析,通过反力曲线分析得到电机机构输出转矩趋势,设计电机机构电磁结构;并建立有限元仿真模型,对电机空载电流、空载磁链、空载转矩及负载转矩进行仿真分析。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the safety of separation test of mine-used disconnecting switch, the product inspection cycle was shortened and the technology of brushless DC motor was proposed. Based on the analysis of the electromechanical accident conditions and mine-used disconnecting switch structure, working principle, we analyze the working process of the pneumatic institutions and shortcomings in detail. Through the analysis of the reaction curve, we obtain the output torque trend of motor mechanism, design the electromagnetic structure of the motor mechanism, establish the finite element simulation model, and simulate and analyze no-load current, no-load magnetic chain, no-load torque and load torque of the motor.
