斜直井钻机在煤层气水平井中的应用

    Application of Slant Drilling Rig in Coalbed Methane Horizontal Well

    • 摘要: 为实现高瓦斯矿井受采动卸压影响的下伏煤层瓦斯地面抽采,根据寺河矿5303工作面复杂工程地质条件,基于采动引起的底板岩层应力变化分区,通过对比常规直井和斜直井轨迹模拟结果,结合斜直井钻机参数特点,提出了使用斜直井钻机地面施工水平井抽放采动卸压瓦斯工艺技术;在此基础上,优化了斜直井钻井轨迹设计方法,有效指导了钻井施工,满足了地质目标要求。完井后自喷生产表明,使用斜直井钻机在复杂工程地质条件下施工煤层气水平井的技术是可行的。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the gas extraction of the underlying coal seam under the influence of mining pressure relief in high gas mine, according to the complex engineering geological conditions in 5303 working face of Sihe Coal Mine, and based on the zoning of stress variation in floor rock due to mining, by comparing the trajectory simulation results of conventional vertical well and deviated well, combined with parameters of slant well drilling rig, this paper proposed the technology of using the slant drilling rig to construct the horizontal well for gas drainage while mining pressure relief. On this basis. The drilling trajectory design method of slant well was optimized, it effectively guided drilling construction, it also satisfied the requirements of geological targets. Natural flow exploitation after the completion shows that the use of slant drilling rig for CBM horizontal wells in complex engineering geological conditions is a feasible technology.
