Abstract:
Taking the bed plate tunnel of broken soft rock under high gas working face as the object of the study, its failure characteristics, damage evolution process and stability factors of surrounding rock and support structure are analyzed, meanwhile, the surrounding rock control technology is systematically researched through theoretical analysis, field investigation and laboratory test. Research results show that: the damage of bed plate tunnel is mainly due to its low strength of surrounding rock, softening and water absorption expansion and the long term expansion deformation under strong mining and high stress; field observation and drilling inspection of surrounding rock deformation found that the whole surrounding rock was seriously deformed and showed obvious asymmetry, especially the roof and upper part of mining side; the surrounding rock control system of multiple support structures(MSS) is proposed and the proposed method was successfully applied to the coal mine.
