掺粉煤灰水泥基浆液性能关系模型研究

    Relational Model for Property of Cement-based Grout Mixed with Ultrafine Fly Ash

    • 摘要: 水泥基浆液在地下、采矿以及水害治理等工程中的应用非常广泛,常常被用来堵漏和加固。超细粉煤灰有助于加强水泥基浆液的流动性,因此采用在水泥基浆液中使用超细粉煤灰替换部分水泥的方法,改变水灰比、水泥掺量和水玻璃体积掺量,研究了水泥基浆液的黏度、1 h析水率、结石率以及28 d抗压强度随之变化的关系,并使用origin对试验结果进行处理,得出各个因素与试验结果之间的经验公式。试验结果和拟合的经验公式表明,水泥基浆液的各项参数与水灰比、水泥掺量和水玻璃体积掺量之间存在一定的关系模型。

       

      Abstract: The cement-based grout is widely used in underground construction, mining engineering, and control of water disaster and so on and it is always used to block and strengthen. Ultrafine fly ash is conducive to strengthen the mobility of cement-based grout, so we take the way of using ultrafine fly ash to replace cement in cement-based grout. Changing the water cement ratio, cement content and water glass in volume, we study the viscosity, bleeding of an hour, stone rate and compressive strength of 28 days and the relationship between them, and then use the origin to deal with the experimental results and obtain the empirical equation between each element and the experimental results. The experimental results and empirical equation show that a definite relational model existing in parameters of cement-based grout and water cement ratio, cement content and water glass in volume.
