利用机械通风实现基建矿井通风系统的构建

    Using Mechanical Ventilation to Realize the Construction of Infrastructure Mine Ventilation System

    • 摘要: 针对大中型基建矿井工作量大、掘进工作面多、施工环节复杂、井下需风地点多等特点,通过对比实验研究,确定利用临时机械通风实现基建矿井通风系统的构建。综合考虑各种因素,在矿井不同的施工阶段,平衡好生产与装备之间的关系,选定了临时主要通风机的型号,并安装2台于副井附近,副井井筒内布置2道风门,形成了主井、风井进风、副井回风的机械通风系统。工程实践表明,该通风系统稳定、安全、可靠,管理方便,缩短了矿建工程周期,提高了矿井抗灾减灾能力,为其它大中型基建矿井通风系统的构建提供了借鉴和参考,具有一定的推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of heavy workload,multi heading faces,complex construction link,many underground needed wind places in large and middle infrastrcture mine.By the contrast experiment,ventilation system construction of infrastructure mine is determined by temporary mechanical ventilation.Considering all kinds of factors synthetically,during different construction phase of the mine,the relationship between production and equipment should be balanced.The model number of temporary main fan is selected,and two fans are installed near the auxiliary shaft,two air doors are arranged in auxiliary shaft.At last,the mechanical ventilation system is constructed through using main shaft,air shaft to intake air and auxiliary shaft to return air.Practical application shows that the ventilation system is stable,safe,reliable,and easy management,and shortens the construction of the mine project cycle,improves the mine’s ability of countering disaster and reducing disaster,which provides a reference for ventilation system construction of other large and middle construction mines with certain application value.
