Abstract:
Based on theoretical analysis and case study, this paper analyzes the cause theory of coal mine safety accidents, and proposes a set of causal linkage crossover theory based on the “domino effect”. It is concluded that the compilation of the process with scientific and strong vitality is based on the theory of unsafe behavior, the causal linkage and crossover theory and the identification and integration of hazards. The process can cut off the unsafe behavior of people or the unsafe state of things, so as to block the occurrence of the “domino effect” and effectively prevent accidents. At the same time, the standard operating process effectively standardizes the operation of employees, improves the skill level of employees, reduces the phenomenon of “three violations” and the number of accidents, and improves production efficiency.
