直覆厚硬顶板沿空留巷巷旁支护方式研究

Study on Roadside Support Method of Gob-side Entry Retaining in Condition of Overlying and Thick-hard Roof

  • 摘要: 巷旁支护体成功切顶是直覆厚硬顶板沿空留巷成功的关键。通过建立沿空留巷上覆岩层结构力学模型,分析了不同巷旁支护方式下顶板破断结构,得到了强力切顶支柱能够减小顶板悬露长度;在上述研究的基础上,以某矿10106工作面沿空留巷为背景,采用数值模拟方法分析了2.4 m和3.0 m充填体、强力切顶支柱巷旁支护时支护体的应力状态及巷道围岩变形特征,得到了强力切顶支柱是具有高初撑力、高阻让压和恒定支护阻力的支护体,能够及时切顶,保证留巷稳定。现场监测表明,强力切顶支柱能够保证较好的留巷效果,满足安全生产的需要。
    Abstract: Cutting roof is the key to keep gob-side entry retaining stable in condition of overlying and thick-hard roof. According to the structural mechanics model of gob-side entry retaining overlying strata, the paper analyzes roof breaking structure in the different methods of roadside support and obtains that the strong roof-cutting support can reduce the hanging length of roof. Based on the above research, the gob-side entry retaining of the 10106 working face in a mine is taken as the background. The stress state of support and deformation characteristics of roadway in the strong roof-cutting support is analyzed using numerical simulation for the filling body of 2.4 m and 3.0 m. The conclusion is that the strong roof-cutting support has the characteristics of high initial support force, high resistant and yielding property, and constant resistance. Cutting roof in time is to ensure stability of gob-side entry retaining. Field monitoring shows that the strong roof-cutting support can ensure good effects on gob-side entry retaining and meet the needs of safe production.
