综放采空区自燃“三带”分布规律研究

    Study on Distribution Law of Spontaneous Combustion “Three zones” in a Goaf with Fully Mechanized Caving Mining

    • 摘要: 为了掌握梁宝寺二号井35002综放工作面自然发火的实际情况,通过现场实测O2浓度和温度随工作面推进距离变化情况,研究35002综放工作面自燃“三带”的分布规律,确定了综放工作面采空区自然发火“三带”的范围:0~34 m为散热带,34~92 m为氧化升温带,92~118 m为窒息带。经计算得出35002综放工作面采空区的自燃防治的安全推进速度为74.5 m/月,并针对不同开采时期提出防治采空区遗煤自燃的措施。

       

      Abstract: In order to grasp the actual situation of spontaneous combustion in 35002 fully mechanized caving face of Liangbaosi No. 2 Mine, by means of the measurement of O2 concentration and temperature with the advancing distance change of working face, spontaneous combustion “three zone” distribution of 35002 fully mechanized caving face is studied. We determine the range of spontaneous combustion “three zones”, 0 to 34 m as the heat dissipation zone, 34 to 92 m as the oxidization and heat accumulation zone, 92 to 118 m as the asphyxia zone, in the goaf of the fully mechanized working face. Through calculation, the safe advancing speed of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of 35002 fully mechanized working face is 74.5 m/month, and the measures to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in goaf in different mining periods are proposed.
