  • 摘要: 设计了矿用便携式激光甲烷检测报警仪。采用可调谐半导体光谱吸收技术,通过STM32主控芯片实现对激光头的信号采集、分析、存储,同时通过ZigBee技术将采集数据无线上传至定位分站,提高了甲烷便携仪的检测精度及可靠性,在实际应用中在地面可实时监测瓦检员的行走轨迹及瓦检员周围的瓦斯状况。
    Abstract: A portable laser methane detection and alarm device for mine is designed. It uses tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS) technology to realize the laser signal acquisition, analysis, storage with the STM32 master control chip, and sends the data to the substation with the ZigBee wireless technology at the same time, which improves the detection accuracy and reliability of the methane portable instrument. The monitor can monitor the walking trajectory and gas condition of the inspector on the ground in real time.
