多煤层共采区域通风防火控制技术

    Technology of Ventilation and Fire Control in Multi-seam Mining Area

    • 摘要: 针对白皎煤矿煤层群间距近、瓦斯含量大、自然发火期短等问题,为实现瓦斯与火耦合影响下工作面低成本安全回采,白皎煤矿因地制宜地提出区域均压防火技术工艺及“瓦斯抽采影响下氮气动态补偿理论”,并以白皎煤矿2274回采工作面为例,结合工作面煤层赋存条件、巷道布置、邻近老空区对本工作面影响等因素,应用区域通风防火控制技术工艺,保证了工作面的安全回采,总结出“注氮优先、抽注兼顾、动态控抽、实时监测”的氮气动态补偿基本原则,并得出瓦斯抽采下注氮量及氮气补偿瓦斯的影响因素等结论。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of close distance coal seam group, large gas content and short spontaneous combustion period and other issues in Baijiao Coal Mine, in order to realize low cost and safe recovery of working face under the influence of gas and fire, according to the local conditions of the Baijiao Coal Mine, we propose the technical process of pressure-sharing fire prevention and the theory of nitrogen dynamic compensation under the influence of gas extraction, and take 2274 working face in Baijiao Coal Mine as an example, combine with the influence factors of occurrence condition, coal seam roadway layout, adjacent goaf on the working surface, the application of regional ventilation fire control technology can ensure the mining safety. We summarized the basic principles of nitrogen dynamic compensation, including “nitrogen injection priority, pumping and injection balance, dynamic control and real-time monitoring”, and obtained the influence factors of gas extraction on nitrogen and nitrogen compensation.
