二氧化碳-氮气协同防控采空区燃爆技术

    Combustion and Explosion Prevention Technology with CO2 and N2 in Goaf

    • 摘要: 煤矿瓦斯与自燃危害同时存在,很容易发生采空区遗煤自燃引爆瓦斯事故。基于CO2和N2的理化性质,主要考虑其密度差异及吸附解吸特性,提出了高位压注CO2和低位压注N2从而形成采空区遗煤包裹层的技术,该技术要点为:高位钻孔抽放瓦斯后改为注气钻孔,将二氧化碳通过钻孔压注自流到采空区并吸附在遗煤内;在进风隅角埋管向采空区低位注送氮气,为了提高氮气的扩散效果,在回风隅角埋管抽放瓦斯。技术在唐口煤矿6307工作面应用后,解决了煤矿瓦斯与火灾治理顾此失彼的问题。

       

      Abstract: When the gas and spontaneous combustion hazards exist at the same time in goaf, it is easy to cause gas explosion accidents due to coal spontaneous combustion. Based on the physicochemical properties of CO2 and N2, this paper mainly considers the difference in density and the characteristics of adsorption and desorption, and proposes a technique of high level borehole injection of CO2 and low level borehole injection of N2 to form the residual coal wrapper layer in the goaf. The technical points are that after the gas drainage from the high level borehole, the borehole is used as gas injection drilling and CO2 is injected into the goaf from the drilling by pressure and adsorbed by the residual coal; the N2 is injected into the low level of the goaf from the buried pipe in the upper corner. In order to increase N2 diffusion effect, pipe is buried in air return corner for gas drainage. After the application of this technology in Tangkou Coal Mine 6307 working face, the problem of gas and fire control in coal mine is solved well.
