综掘工作面分段式注水治理硫化氢工艺技术研究

    Study on Treatment of Hydrogen Sulfide by Sectional Water Injection in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对乌东矿综掘工作面开采涌出硫化氢浓度高、危害性大的特点,提出了掘进面“三压带”分段注水防治硫化氢的新技术。运用理论分析及试验测试的研究手段,对迎头煤体“三压带”分段式注吸收液治理硫化氢原理、单孔分段式注水工艺参数、分段式注吸收液浓度理论计算方法、硫化氢降低效率与煤层注吸收液浓度的关系等进行了研究;探索出适合综掘面“三压带”分段式注水防治硫化氢的工艺技术参数。现场应用研究表明,综掘工作面迎头“三压带”煤体采用分段式注水技术后,掘进机割煤涌出硫化氢的降低效率达到75.3%。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of the emission of high concentration of hydrogen sulfide, great harmfulness in fully mechanized mining face of Wudong Mine, the new technology for treating hydrogen sulfide by sectional water injection in “three pressure zones” of heading face is proposed. Using test methods and theoretical analysis, the principle of the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the “three pressure zones” by sectional absorption liquid injection in head coal, sectional type water injection parameters in single hole, concentration calculation methods of sectional absorption liquid injection, the relation between hydrogen sulfide reducing efficiency and injection absorption liquid concentration in coal seam were studied; the technology parameters for controlling hydrogen sulfide by sectional water injection in fully mechanized mining face “three pressure zones” is explored. Field application research shows that the reduction efficiency of hydrogen sulphide from the coal mining machine was 75.3% after the utilization of sectional water injection technology in “three pressure zones” coal body in fully mechanized mining face.
