Abstract:
In view of the actual situation of the increasing number of out-of-town employees in the process of transformation and development of coal enterprises, this paper studies the change laws of the sentiment index of the out-of-town employees, and analyzes the deep reasons for the changes of the employees’ emotion and the influence on the safety production. Based on the Maslow’s hierarchy demand theory, this paper propose the specific approaches and methods for the emotional management of the out-of-town employees in satisfying the emotional needs of the employees, respecting the needs and the value requirements to eliminate hidden dangers of safe production in these coal mines.
