煤炭企业外埠员工情绪变化对安全生产的影响及管理对策

    Influence of Emotional Change of Out-of-town Employees of Coal Enterprises on Safety Production and Management Countermeasures

    • 摘要: 针对煤炭企业在转型发展过程中外埠员工增多的实际情况,研究外埠煤矿员工情绪指数变化规律,详细剖析引起外埠员工情绪变化的深层次原因及其对安全生产的影响,并依据马斯洛层次需求理论,在满足外埠员工情感需求、尊重需求和价值需求上,提出外埠员工情绪管理的具体途径与方法,从根本上消除外埠煤矿安全生产的隐患问题。

       

      Abstract: In view of the actual situation of the increasing number of out-of-town employees in the process of transformation and development of coal enterprises, this paper studies the change laws of the sentiment index of the out-of-town employees, and analyzes the deep reasons for the changes of the employees’ emotion and the influence on the safety production. Based on the Maslow’s hierarchy demand theory, this paper propose the specific approaches and methods for the emotional management of the out-of-town employees in satisfying the emotional needs of the employees, respecting the needs and the value requirements to eliminate hidden dangers of safe production in these coal mines.
