Response and Control of Surrounding Rock During Subsection Driving of Extra-large Section and Thick Coal Roof Open-off Cut

  • 摘要: 为了研究大断面开切眼分断面掘进期间围岩的行为特征,选取山西某煤矿5205切眼为工程背景。采用数值分析的手段演算了该切眼分断面掘进过程中围岩的垂直应力和水平应力变化特征和围岩拉、剪塑性区的扩展过程;阐明了大断面切眼分断面掘进过程中顶板破坏类型由剪切破坏为主向拉破坏为主的转变趋势;论述了该类型切眼围岩控制的关键部位是顶板及肩角稳定区作为锚固基础的以保证围岩稳定的设计思路,并提出了桁架锚索与锚杆联合支护技术。
    Abstract: In order to study the mechanical behavior characteristics of the surrounding rock during the process of sub-section driving of large section open-off cut, the engineering of 5205 open-off cut of a coal mine in Shanxi province was elected as the study subject. The variation characteristics of both vertical stress and horizontal stress in surrounding rock mass were simulated, as well as the propagation process of both tension and shear plastic zone. The main transformation of destruction type, from shear failure to tensile failure, during the process of subsection driving of large section open-off cut, was elucidated. The design idea (the key positions are roof, the anchorage zone of top angle) and combination support technology of bolt, truss and anchor rope were proposed.
