基于摩尔-库伦定则的卸压带范围预测

    Prediction of Range of Pressure Relief Zone Based on Mohr-coulomb Rule

    • 摘要: 为了确定某矿27021回风巷的卸压带宽度,分析了卸压带的形成机理并通过采用FLAC3D软件模拟出卸压带随巷道开挖深度的变化情况,探索掘进过程中巷道煤帮的变形机理,从而得出掘进煤巷巷帮变形影响范围随时间的变化规律。并且通过现场实测钻孔每米钻屑量,根据钻屑法验证了数值模拟所得出的卸压带宽度,得出该巷道两帮卸压带宽度为6 m。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the pressure-relief zone width in 27021 return airway of a coal mine, we analyze the pressure relief zone forming mechanism and simulate relief zone change laws with the depth of the tunnel excavation by FLAC3D software, and explore the deformation mechanism of roadway during the tunneling process, and obtain the coal roadway and roadside deformation influence range with the change of time. And based on the field test of drilling cuttings weight per meter, the width of the pressure-relief zone obtained by numerical simulation is verified according to the drilling cuttings method, and the pressure relief zone width of the two sides of the tunnel is 6 meters.
