Abstract:
In order to study the suppression effect of N
2-water mist and CO
2-water mist on gas explosion, a gas explosion model with a pipe length of 3 000 mm and a curved radius of 27 mm was used to study the explosion process of methane premixed gas in a pipeline by using an inert gas water mist. The change of pressure and temperature in the pipe after injection of methane premixed gas was investigated when the concentration was 9.5%. The results show that: under the same conditions, the explosion suppression of N
2-water mist and CO
2-water mist were better than that of water mist, and the exploration suppression of CO
2-water mist is better than that of N
2-water mist; when the gas pressure is increased, influence and effect will increase significantly.
