易自燃煤层上隅角瓦斯抽采方法的选取

    Selection on Gas Extraction Methods in Upper Corner of Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对回采工作面“偏Y”型改为“U”型通风方式下上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,进行了“U”型通风改造后上隅角瓦斯超限的原因分析,利用ANSYS-FLUENT数值模拟软件,构建了采空区遗煤瓦斯渗流的数学模型,定量对比研究了走向高抽巷抽采和邻近巷插管抽采2种抽采方法下采空区瓦斯浓度分布和“三带”宽度变化,确定了走向高抽巷抽采能够有效的减少采空区瓦斯涌入上隅角,控制采空区自燃带的宽度,并对其实际应用效果进行了考察。结果表明:采用走向高抽巷抽采方法后,抽采的卸压瓦斯纯量达100 m3/min之多,抽采率也达90%以上,上隅角瓦斯浓度处于0.8%以下,采空区无自然发火征兆,有效的减少了上隅角瓦斯超限和采空区火灾发生的风险,为回采工作面的安全生产提供了技术支持。

       

      Abstract: According to the gas overrun problem of upper corner in working face “partial Y” to “U” type ventilation mode, the causes of gas overrun in upper corner after the transformation of the “U” type ventilation is analyzed, with ANSYS-FLUENT simulation software, the mathematical model of residual coal gas seepage in goaf is established, the gas concentration distribution in goaf and variation of “three zones” width by quantitative comparative study of two extraction methods of trend high suction lane extraction and the adjacent lane piping extraction. It is determined that the gas flow in the goaf can be effectively reduced and the width of the spontaneous combustion zone in goaf is controlled, and the practical application effect is also investigated. The results show that the trend high level suction roadway extraction method, the extracted pressure relief gas purity is more than 100 m3/min, the extracting rate is above 90%, the gas concentration of upper corner is below 0.8% without the signs of spontaneous combustion in goaf, which effectively reduces gas overrun problem at the upper corner and fire risk and provides technical support for safety production of working face.
