基于拱-梁耦合结构的深井含煤复合顶板支护研究

    Study on Support of Coal-bearing Composite Roof in Deep Well Based on Arch-beam Coupling Structure

    • 摘要: 为了解决在深井高地应力情况下,含煤复合顶板巷道离层严重的问题,以山西梗阳煤矿回风巷为研究对象,通过现场顶板钻孔窥视、理论计算,数值模拟和工程实践的方法探讨了含煤复合顶板离层破坏的机理,并基于拱-梁耦合支护理论,提出采用“阶梯型束锚索强力支护系统”与高强锚杆联合支护的方法进行支护,经数值模拟和工程验证,采用这种支护方式能很大程度减小顶板离层情况,保持围岩稳定。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the serious problem of separation layer of coal composite roof of high ground stress in deep well, the roadway of Shanxi Gengyang Coal Mine is taken as the research object. Through the study of roof drilling, theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and engineering practice, this paper discusses the mechanism of seepage failure of coal-bearing composite roof based on the theory of arch-beam coupling support, and proposes the method of “ladder-type beam anchor cable support system” and high-strength anchor joint support method. Through simulation and engineering verification, this kind of support can greatly reduce the roof separation layer and keep the surrounding rock stable.
